If you have Windows running, you should be able to find it using Start > Find
Files and Folders. Just try Win + F.

Cleaned means what? Physically cleaned? Wiped the hard disk (the place where
stuff is stored).

Problems with MS Word are not within the scope of this list. And I seriously
doubt Microsoft will let you just "download" Word.

Sorry, you don't find me in your computer. I'm elsewhere on the globe. :)
Sorry for the joke, but seriously to find the OpenOffice installer
OOo_2.0.1_Win32Intel_install.exe you just need to use Win+F.

OpenOffice does not remove MS Word. It does most things Word does and (I
think) some things that Word does not.

You appear to be new to computers. I would advise you to get hold of your
local friendly computer guru or perhaps as computer-savvy relation or friend
and get to know the basics of using your operating system. Using the Windows
Find function is one of the basic things a computer user should know.

Best regards.
