Industrial is the new icon set for OOo when it's running on the Gnome desktop. Gnome runs on Linux and other Unix-alike systems. It has been designed by Novell. I don't know if Crystal is Mac, it doesn't look Mac. I think it's just an alternative set. I use Gnome on Linux and Industrial is my 'automatic' icon set. On Windows, you would choose it explicitly of course.
