Industrial is the new icon set for OOo when it's running on the Gnome
desktop. Gnome runs on Linux and other Unix-alike systems. It has been
designed by Novell. I don't know if Crystal is Mac, it doesn't look Mac.
I think it's just an alternative set.

I use Gnome on Linux and Industrial is my 'automatic' icon set. On
Windows, you would choose it explicitly of course.

This is part of an effort to make OOo look more consistent with other
applications on a given system.
