To Whom It May Concern,
I downloaded OpenOffice 2.0 a few days ago on a Dell Inspiron 2600 with
windows XP and have loved using it. I also have an IBM ThinkPad that is not
currently connected to the wireless modem in my house so I could not
download it directly onto that laptop. So I burned a CD with the info for
OpenOffice and used it for installation on the ThinkPad. I used mostly
writer for about two days when in the middle of a document the compter sort
of "crashed". There was a blue screen saying I had to turn it off and then
back on again. I did so and this has happened about four times. Each time
there is less time inbetween the crashes. The last time it just goes to the
blue screen. Has this happened to other OpenOffice users? Do you know if
this has something to do with OpenOffice or should I look for another
cause. Does this mean I should be using XP for OpenOffice to work? Any help
is appreciated.

Thanks

Troy Hanson

ps. the blue screen says
