Good call! - when I checked for this I found:

        /usr/lib64/libcups.so.2

but not:

        /usr/lib/libcups.so.2

like on the other servers. Although, rpm thought:

        cups-libs-1.1.22-0.rc1.9.i386.rpm

was installed, so I forced a reinstall, re-started cups and, magically,
all the printer types were now "CUPS:xx" and all the extra trays
appeared in the print screen in OOo!

Many thanks,

Phil.
