Do you mean you need to only copy the number, and not the formula?
If so, try copying the cell (Ctrl-C or whatever), then going to the cell
where you want the info, and then do Edit->Paste Special. Unselect
"Paste All" and then tick the ones you do want to paste. I would think
you would for sure want to uncheck "Formulas". You can play around until
you get what you want.
Does that do it?
