Don't untar those files. You only need to download the one that you want to 
install. One is the actual package and the other is the language pack. If you 
are installing the English version, just download the 
OOo_2.0.3_FreeBSD61Intel_install_en-US.tbz and type pkg_add 
OOo_2.0.3_FreeBSD61Intel_install_en-US.tbz . When it finishes, you just type 
openoffice.org and it will start.
