To those looking at a Linux alternative to windows that has the latest OpenOffice 2 package I would recommend PCLinuxOS (www.pclinuxos.com). I have used many Linux distros which include Mandriva, Fedora, Ubuntu, Mepis, DreamLinux and a few others. In my opinion PCLinuxOS is the best all around distro for the home user and is a very capable distro for expert users. It comes in a few "flavors" that allow the Linux users from beginner to expert to choose what is best for them.

Personally, I'd have to take out a second mortgage. I think I'll just ignore Vista!!!
