From version 1.1.4 (or perhaps 1.1.3), OpenOffice.org has been
able to export documents in the PDF format. File > Export as PDF will
do this for you. In the Export window, name your file and click
Export. A window will open giving you several options under as many
as four tabs. Make any changes in the options that you desire and
then click Export.
From version 2.0.0 and perhaps some earlier versions, you can
also email documents as email attachments. File > Send > Email as
PDF. However, in this instance, you do not have any options as to how
the PDF document is created.
You might want to experiment with these two methods to see which
one will produce the type of PDF document you want to send.
