I don't see this is OOo 2.02 Help but I see it in the PDF Options. I turned off insert pages here and in options. It doesn't stop PDF export from repaginating and screwing up the pagination. I don't plan on using PDF export - I'll stick with output to a Postscript file and use ps2pdf.
