Hi,
It does this in mine i.e. on both the Windows drop-down menu at the top and
on the taskbar at the bottom of the screen. I don't know if you can switch
it on and off.

Is there a way to coerce Calc to group it's open windows on the Windows
taskbar, as Writer does?
MSFT Office offers a toggle to turn this capability on|off. I didn't see
such a feature in OOo's options.
