I have loaded open office and X11 on my mac, typed a document, when I
printed it, it came out gray. I checked the type color made sure it
was black, and printed again, still gray.
I next, happily, opened a word document that had been sent to me.
Printed it, also came out gray.
I also printed a word document from word-printed normally in black, so
it's not the printer.
what's wrong?
Check you printing configuration... maybe it's set to 'draft'.
I have some issues when OO override the default settings of printers...
