Now I am REALLY in trouble! I used open office on a ms that had
changed to Read-Only and brought up an editing copy by using the icon
with the little green pen, completed a large manuscript and to be
certain, saved it to a 3.5 floppy disc. When I tried to open the
floppy, the error message said that Open Office crashed! Now I
can't get the floppy to open so I can burn the ms onto a CD-RW. I did
a diagnostic check and it told me that there was a conflict in the
MSN Office (which includes 2002 WORD)Today I downloaded a trial
version of MSN Office that included Word 2007 - thinking this might
help me to get past the read-only garbage. Did that do something
horrible to Open Office, which I was just beginning to learn? A
message said that I could recover files with Open Office. How do I
get my edited Ms back?
I am teetering on the ledge. HELP Deloris

Use the F5 key to open the Navigator window. There is a box with
up and down arrows on its right showing the page number you are
presently viewing. Type 92 into that box. It should take you to page
92.
