Hi, Harold -- Forgive me for jumping in if I'm missing some important protocol or nicety of posting to the group -- I just joined yesterday and have read things rather quickly -- but I think I have some information that may help.
When posting to most email groups from my Gmail account (Googlemail's sister email product in the States), I don't receive a copy in my inbox. Drives me a bit nuts sometimes, but everybody always assures me that they get what I sent. There may be a way to set your googlemail to get a copy of what you sent. If so, I haven't found it. Usually when someone responds to my post, what I sent and the next piece of the thread both show up. It doesn't seem that this is an OOo or Ubuntu issue. Hope this helps... Correct so far? If *I* send a message via TB e-mail, I expect the same thing to happen. Reasonable? Except it does *not* happen. The message does *not* end up in *every* e-mail user's inbox. How do I know? Because it doesn't end up in *my* e-mail inbox. -- Harold Fuchs London, England Please reply *only* to users@openoffice.org --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
