Hello Wyllea What is the extension of the MS file? If it is docx or xlsx, it is the new format of MS that only Word/ Excel 2007 can read. A conversion filter is on its way (google for it or look in this list's archive). I would propose to ask the sender of the files to save them in .doc or .xls instead of the new format.
