Elio First: writing in all caps is considered shouting. Please write normally. I suppose the best option for you is to download the Users' Guide and do some reading: http://documentation.openoffice.org/manuals/OOo2.x/user_guide2_draft.pdf there is also a load of help inside the program, just hit F1 or chose Help on the menus MS Word is deficient because it can't read Open Document files, such as the native format of OpenOffice.org: *.odt OOo can save your work in MS Word format, *.doc, you can chose this when you do File > Save As > File Format: Miscrosoft 97 / 2000 / XP, and be sure to click the Automatic File Extension. For your other questions, you'll have to be more specific as to what you try to do and what error messages you get.
