How do I make updates.

OOo should advise you automatically if there is a new update available (if
that option is turned on). You then need to download the new version (yes,
there are no incremental updates with OOo), uninstall the old version and
install the new version.
If auto updates is not turn on, simply go to help > check for updates, and
it will check for you.
