I really don't mean to be rude but this is nonsense. Apart from saying
"three possible combinations" and then listing four, the combinations do
*not* represent numbers according to any sensible pattern.

Does "1/25#" mean 25? If not, what?
Does "10/5#" mean 5? If not, what?

Are you saying that anything between the "/" and the "#" is to be multiplied
by 4?

Please *define* i.e. specify the rule for identifying the piece of the text
in column G that is to be interpreted as a number and then multiplied by 4.
