Oh great !! How might one do that in Win XP?
Most standard US style 104/5 keyboards do not have this labeled as AltGR and are only labeled as "Alt" - including my US/Japanese International keyboard. In fact, I've never seen an Alt GR key on any of my keyboards, laptops included (since 197x) so perhaps it is a European/Latin America thing.
