At least there is a hope. It seems that the email
address is a real one, since it seems people from this
list have emailed it and not had the failure message
from mailer daemon which comes when trying to email a
bogus address.

A few years ago, while perusing alt.2600, I came
across a mail bomb program. This was quite simple to
use, it asked for a "To" address, a "Supposedly from"
email address, and the number of mails to send (10,000
would seem a convenient number) - IIRC, there was a
way to attach a file - a meg of core dump would
probably do! The program worked from the UNIX command
line. I havn't been able to find the program again,
but if bo keeps it up, I will look further :).
alt.2600, like most other usenet newsgroups these
days, seems to have been taken over by spammers and
political wingnut ranters.
