Please help.
I installed Open Office for Mac (OS X) earlier today because I wanted
a not-too-fancy data base program. Now when I click on the icon, I
see that Open Office has opened, but no screen comes up, only the
menu bar. Under File, I get a greyed-out message saying "Use start-up
screen." I cannot find the start-up screen. When I seek to quit the
program, it won't quit until I use Force Quit. Immediately after I
installed the program (earlier today) I was able to get into the
program and start a new data base, which I did save. Now I can't find
the saved db.
My operating system is OS X.4.10.
