Unfortunately this e-mail support list is *not* connected to the forum
so we can't really help. However, I found the discussion at
http://user.services.openoffice.org/en/forum/viewtopic.php?f=50&t=2336
might be of interest to you. It suggests *reply*ing to the e-mail you
got sent. Please read it for yourself.
If this fails then I think you'll just have to try again using a
different user name.
Support for OpenOffice is available via this list. We are volunteers who
use OpenOffice and who donate some of our time to helping others. You
don't need to subscribe to this list (it's free) but we sort of prefer
it if you do because it makes life easier for us and you are sure to see
