You will have to contact whomever you purchased it from to get a receipt. You did not buy your office suite from us. We are a group of volunteers who try to help one another by answering questions on the users mail list.

Open Office is a free download from www.openoffice.org but the LGPL license for it allows for people to sell it as well, provided that they meet the conditions of the LGPL.
