I'm not clear which list you're really trying to leave - you mention 'discuss' but have posted to 'users'. You need to unsubscribe by sending an email to either [EMAIL PROTECTED] or [EMAIL PROTECTED] as appropriate. Make sure you send the email from the address that's getting the unwanted list mail; and make sure you take the confirmation action as described in the email that you should receive.
