They do, although OOo2.4 CALC has regressed in this regard. Format cells, select FRACTION, and choose what fraction format you want. On earlier versions of Calc you could display fractions such as 1234/5678 and they would display properly if you used a user defined format. Now that the regression has occurred, you insert something for instance like 113/355 and it for some strange reason displays 113/356 (changing the last digit of the denominator). If you input 1234/5678 its display gets even weirder, showing instead 2173/9999 so it is interesting to play with but i would not use these formats until the programmers fix the problem.
