I'm not a developer, I don't know how to integrate patches into the program source. The answers on the list (please only reply to the list, that will be much more fruitful) indicate that until now nobody has been able to duplicate your problem. DL and other formats are OK. So it may be some specific bug in the pt-version, or something is wrong with OOo on your computer...
