Depending on the service, they'd likely be either 1.42 or 1.5 stop bits.


The 1.5 seems to stick in my mind. I went to TTY repair school at Ford Island in 1966, and I got out in Oct 1968. I haven't worked on a teletype since, and that is a long time to try to remember such a small fact.
