As I mentioned in another note, I'll have to capture the headers next
time it happens. They might reveal something.
I checked the archives of this list. Bob Estes sent 3 messages on the
subject "Download time for open office" on 11 May (today). The third, at
03:25:54 -0700, is the one that attracted your response, James, about
duplicates. None of the three is duplicated in the archive and none has
the "moderator" header. Curiouser and curiouser.
