You don't have to go farther than your local High or Middle School football
field to hear the " Two bits, Four bits, Six bits a Dollar, all for <insert
local heroes school name here>, stand up and holler" to learn what 1/8 of a
dollar is...

I'm sure that most don't, but the one two blocks from me still does.  
He's an aged, and old fashioned barber....   which is a breed that's 
fast becoming extinct.  He'll probably be retiring soon....
