You don't have to use the download manager. What happens if you just
click on the file link? Also, a couple of days ago, someone else
provided a link to the file. Did you try that? I've included it again,
in case you missed it. What happens if you use the link?

OpenOffice, by default, saves in the ISO standard ODF formats, which
Microsoft refuses to support. There are a few ways around this. One

save your file in Word format. You can do this in Save as, by
selecting

appropriate format from the drop down list. Also, ensure automatic

name extension is selected. You can also send directly from
OpenOffice,
by
clicking on File > Send > E-mail as Microsoft Word. Of course, the
best
method would be to have them install OpenOffice or, failing that, the
Sun
ODF plugin, which adds ODF support to Microsoft Office.
