I don't understand Spanish, but it appears you tried the wrong version.
I don't think language would be the issue. Did you get the Windows
version? After you download OpenOffice, you have to double click on the
file. This will start the installation process and when that completes,
there should be an OpenOffice folder and icons in your start menu.
