If any chance to get hand on similar hw compared to the target one, you could try to setup inside a networked environment and then execute dd of internal disks of hypervisors, having care that the original hw network could match the isolated one of the customer. BTW: could you detail, if possible, the level of isolation and the reasons about it, in case in some way the client can be convinced to give some sort of connectivity...?
