Depends on what you mean. The problem with superfluous quote was fixed
in oVirt 4.3 so if you still have the environment (and you're not
importing some archived OVAs) you just have to update your environment
and export agian the OVA.
If you are asking whether oVirt will be able to import the broken OVA so
that you don't have to fix them manually then I am affraid not. This is
not planned.
