I was having the same problem with Ovirt 4.5.7. So I downloaded the CA .pem at http://<ENGINE-FQDN>/ovirt-engine/services/pki-resource?resource=ca-certificate&format=X509-PEM-CA. Then I installed it in Firefox and restarted ovirt-engine.
