Dear Jan, I promised to give you an update by the end of the week. As you can see from https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PDFBOX/fixforversion/12319281/?selectedTab=com.atlassian.jira.jira-projects-plugin:version-issues-panel we are now down to less than 50 issues. Although we can not give you a definite date yet we hope to be able to do so shortly. I will give you another update by the end of next week but feel free to ping us earlier if there are specific issues you are interested in.
