Hi Gilad, I have never seen the issues that you see. In tests so far I have used: pdfbox-app-1.8.10.jar (with this version there were XFDF restrictions, i.e. missing coloring) pdfbox-app-2.0.0-RC2.jar (this was an intermediate version we received from the developers)
To be honest - I have no idea what is different when you run the code than when I do. I just downloaded and tested it with pdfbox-app-2.0.6.jar - no problems at all.
