I have now tried building on 3 different XP machines, they are all very similar. I tried a fresh install on XP today, fresh install of OS, compiler, ruby, etc. Cmake fails to find managementgen.cmake. I tried deleting the build directory and the cache - no difference. 2 out 3 machines fail to find this file in CMake.
