This is a small fix to the AMQP 1.0 JMS client that prevents it refusing frames over 32k from peers that do not declare their max frame size (and would refuse to receive frames larger than the peer was prepared to accept if the peer did declare some limit, which is less of an issue).
This affects users of the client against ActiveMQ 5.9.0 as well as against the latest Qpid c++ broker.
