Can you send me the corresponding output with PN_TRACE_RAW=1 and PN_TRACE_FRM=1 (ideally one for a receiver that works and one for one that doesn't, but the broken case is the one that matters). If you run a wire capture as well then that would also be great.
That way I can see it without the extra layer of signing introduced by DIGEST-MD5 (though it sounds like that is not the issue, it does obfuscate things a little).
