One observation, when running the examples, by default they attempt to
use PLAIN with guest:guest. This doesn't appear to be driven by the
connection string or anything else in the jndi properties. Is it a
hardcoded default? Even if the broker/server connected to supports
ANONYMOUS and puts that first in the list of offered mechanisms, it
isn't chosen.
