Hello everyone.
I followed the steps written in INSTALL.MD file but the terminal kept giving
me cmake error.

I was facing some communication problems so i wasn't able to bring this up
immediately. I had made sure multiple times to set up my env path for all
the installations (cmake, python and swig). However, this problem persisted.
I was thinking about using a linux system but I am not very profecient at
it. I talked to one of my friends and he insisted on installing turbo cpp or
using this repository over gitpod.
I decided to work on gitpod and so far all the commands seem to be working
just fine. However, I would like to know if this was a good idea? Should I
continue there or start with a linux system? Or does anyone has any idea why
my windows system wouldn't recognise cmake command? Would installing turbo
cpp solve this problem?
