I did put Cmake on the path. But this error doesn't seem to go away on powershell (or gitbash or cmd). I even tried cmake on visual studio Code terminal and the error persisted. Given my system requirements, I am not sure if installing Visual Studio 2019 would be a good idea, plus it will take time (this is what i remember from the time when i first installed it in 2017). I think Ubuntu option is better. However, I think doing it on a virtual machine would be more sustainable for me and help me get used to it(like how you insisted in your previous reply).
