Hi Freeman,
I've not explicitly installed camel-core because I see it's already Active
after startup - so guessing it's already installed. The only other component
which appears not Active is activemq-blueprint. However if I try to
start/restart it, I see "Fragment bundles cannot be stopped".  

FYI - My bean itself shows as Active, but the blueprint xml shows either
Creating, Grace Period or Failed - never Created. There are warnings in the
log file but nothing relating to camel-core or 'file'. 

I'm attaching the full stack trace and the osgi:list output in the hope that
helps.
