hmm, interesting, so the problem isn't from the file URI. Could you put this blueprint file and your bean in same bundle? Put the xml and java in same bundle is more normal way to use, it avoid the dynamic-import stuff from blueprint deployer. You should put blueprint file in src/main/resources/OSGI-INF/blueprint/ folder.
