Hi Michael

I think you can not simply replace Karaf version in existing ServiceMix
distribution. We can eventually release ServiceMix 5.3.0 as pre-release,
containing Karaf 2.4.0 and Camel 2.13.x. You can migrate your
application to the new SeviceMix version and you will have time to
prepare your system for Camel and CXF upgrade. 5.3.1 will be released
with Karaf 2.4.x (probably 2.4.1) , Camel 2.14.x and CXF 3.0.2. Is it ok
for you?
