I 'd like to add that I have this problem since last update of Sogo from
an ubuntu 10.04 LTS server ... a few weeks before
I have reinstalled all sogo several times from the beginning of the
documentation... And I 've got always the same issue for each
thunderbird client !
Does anyone has sogo installed on an ubuntu 10.04 LTS with a
thunderbird client running without theses issues ?

This occurs when a previous action has been triggered on an event and
has not yet finished executing. Do you see any other exceptoin
occurring meanwhile, or any useful message in your SOGO logs ?
