Thanks for your tip, but my customer have multiple account on the same
thunderbird (3-4-5). I should re-create all the account into the new
profile. It's not very quick :-(

For me this really sounds like you should create a new profile (Not only
thunderbird, but complete user profile)
You can't know what all else is left over from the previous owner
(Things like autocomplete, personal spelling entries, add-ons.....)
