It means you have to use RPC Port 135. RPC isn't encrypted or secured in any way. Believe me you don't want to open that Port to the internet. What you could do is adding a VPN between your home user or branch office and your SOGo server. But that means you can't use Outlook from public machines e.g. in internet cafes, as you must install and configure this VPN first. Hope that clarified it a bit.
