We configured SOGowith all its dependencies (ldap, postfix,
cyrus-imap, postgresql)
on centos 6.4.Everything is working well, unless the fact that users
are not receiving emails.
Every dependency took alone is working well. Has anyone faced that
issue? How did he resolve it?

You need to cehck the followings:
- Mail logs (included separated dovecot log)
- Mail queue
Find error messages, and write them to us.
