I didn't. I just clicked on the "SOGo Connector Thunderbird Extension"
button <http://www.sogo.nu/english/downloads/frontends.html>, Firefox did
the download (to memory, not to disk), tried to automagically install, then
threw the error. There was no obvious alternative way to install.
BTW: Do you know why this is not in the Mozilla library?
Thanks for your reply,
John

New to SOGo. The SOGo Connector for Thunderbird is not available at
mozilla.org. Why not?
So, I tried to download from
http://www.sogo.nu/english/downloads/frontends.html. That threw an
error message, that it can't be installed for Thunderbird because it is
"not compatible with Firefox 25.0", which elicits these questions:
- Why not?
- What can be done about that?
- What does Firefox 25.0 have to do with trying to install and use the
Connector with Thunderbird 24.1.0?
