As far as I know, these things cannot be changed.
However, just wodering, perhaps it could be an idea to load the entire
url https://webmail.example.com/SOGo/ in a frame on
https://webmail.example.com?
We are using a redirect on https://webmail.example.com, to redirect to
/SOGo automatically.
For the card/caldav there are no options, as far as I know. And in fact
I don't think SOGo/dav/username is your biggest problem. As soon as you
create your own shared calendars, their url becomes something like
/SOGo/dav/username/Calendar/595B-51C05100-FB-67505B80
I would really like to be able to adjust at least those numbers to
something relevant, like /SOGo/dav/username/Calendar/room5
Perhaps it is an idea to file an enhancement request?
